Great Environment = Awesome architecture, space, and location. Social & intrinsic rewards for wild ideas (building on my theory from my first post on Lamestorming…). Toys and technology everywhere. Rapid prototyping capabilities on site. Experts to help with prototyping.
Great People = Most of us would gladly accept a job with IDEO in 2 seconds flat. Few ultimately will. :(
Great Process = Human Centered Design Toolkit (so cool!). Documented successes everywhere to remind everyone of what has worked well (design thinking) in the past.
